The 'pon comes wrapped in white
paper, the top
end
sealed, the bottom easily
unwrapped. I
opened the wrong one.
The wrapper
as shown is 5 3/8" long (13.5 cm).

The tassel indicates a good-time
tampon, festive, jaunty, cheeky,
willing to take risks, including
"the plunge" if you will, or even
if you won't.

The disassembled tampon. The small cardboard
tube is slightly larger
than the other one and measures 3
15/16" (7.5 cm) long and 5/16"
(0.9 cm) in diameter. The diameter
of the larger tube is 5/8" (1.6
cm).
The cotton
plug measures 2 5/16 x
11/16" [smaller end] (5.9 x 1.7
cm), the string
4 1/4" (10.5 cm).
